MSF's GENERAL POLICY
PURPOSE OF RIDER ENROLLMENT SYSTEM WEBSITE
The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) is facilitating your enrollment in a hands-on rider training program through the RiderCourse Enrollment System (RES). Some of the programs available through RES are developed and provided by other organizations, and MSF has not reviewed or approved those programs. Those programs are available through RES as a courtesy and are identified as Non-MSF Curriculum. All rider training courses, unless otherwise stated, are delivered by independent businesses. Your contract is with the rider training provider, not MSF.

For purposes of enrollment into the training courses, MSF and/or the independent training sites will collect certain personally-identifiable information about you that you have provided (e.g., your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, credit card information for tuition fees ["personal data"]).
We will not sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.

Nonetheless, MSF seeks to protect the integrity of its website and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own website, but for websites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
The MSF’s sponsoring manufacturers and distributors may also display the MSF website through frames or other pass through templates.
