Privacy Policy
The Motorcycle Safety Foundation respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites.  This Privacy Policy outlines the information the Motorcycle Safety Foundation may collect and how we may use that information. At the request of the Department of Defense, a privacy policy regarding military personnel participation in MSF training programs has been outlined.

The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) is facilitating your enrollment in a hands-on rider training program through the RiderCourse Enrollment System (RES). Some of the programs available through RES are developed and provided by other organizations, and MSF has not reviewed or approved those programs. Those programs are available through RES as a courtesy and are identified as Non-MSF Curriculum. All rider training courses, unless otherwise stated, are delivered by independent businesses. Your contract is with the rider training provider, not MSF.

The MSF respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites. This Privacy Policy outlines the information the MSF may collect and how we may use that information. For purposes of enrollment into the training courses, MSF and/or the independent training sites will collect certain personally-identifiable information about you that you have provided (e.g., your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, credit card information for tuition fees ["personal data"]). We will not sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.

MSF has provided links to websites of independent motorcycle rider training sites that you may choose to do business with, by enrolling in their courses. MSF has no control over these linked websites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of MSF. MSF has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. You access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, MSF seeks to protect the integrity of its website and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own website, but for websites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work). The MSF’s sponsoring manufacturers and distributors may also display the MSF website through frames or other pass through templates.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, MSF disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. MSF does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. MSF does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

MSF shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if MSF has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MSF, its officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and independent training sites (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration process. Any or all of these terms and conditions, may be terminated by MSF without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
